3 Season Room in Richmond, VA

We added a 16X16 composit deck and screened porch over the summer. Jamie and his team did a wonderful job. It is beautiful and we are really enjoying it! Bryan (forman) was great to work with. There were a couple of minor issues, but Jamie made sure we were 💯 % happy in the end. We highly recommend Lester Contracting LLC!!! Liz and Gary

I highly recommend Lester Contracting! Jamie Lester and his crew are talented and professional. My screened in porch is perfect, I could not be happier with it.

We are very pleased with the professional, 1st class job Lester Contracting did on our new deck. His crew was a real pleasure to work with. I recommend considering Lester Contracting for your next decking project.

We hired Lester Contracting for a deck/porch rebuild and could not have been more pleased. Jamie was great to work with from the get go. He was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us design the look we were going for. We were actually not looking forward to the project beginning because we thought it would be a major inconvenience but that wasnt the case at all. His crew arrived and worked very hard to get the job done as fast as they could. We thought it would take a couple of weeks longer than it did. They kept the job site clean and were very respectful. If you’re looking for a great contractor to handle your new project definitely give Jamie a call.

We used Lester contracting for our screen porch. They were very professional and did a great job. The new composite deck and screened in porch is well constructed and looks beautiful. They also wanted to be sure everything was done right and complete. From design to build to completion, Lester contracting was easy to work with and would recommend them.

We had Lester Contracting replace our old wood deck with a new composite one. We are extremely satisfied with our new deck! The crew did a great job and we would definitely recommend them for future work.

Jamie and his crew were great to work with. Professional and courteous. From quoting to final build there was great communication and we are very pleased with our deck tear down and rebuild project. Highly recommend Lester Contracting!

I was very pleased with the deck Lester Contracting built for me. It replaced an existing deck that was originally designed in an unusual way and required the new deck to be rebuilt the same way. Otherwise would have required other expensive changes to my house. I really appreciated their ability to get this done and approved by the county. And on top of that, it is beautiful!

Jamie and his team did a wonderful job on our screened-in porch. The work was professional and completed on time. His team was easy to work with and accommodating. Thanks, gents!

Jamie and his entire crew were awesome. From the beginning of planning our add on front porch, through all the plans, approval by county, work progress, cleanup each day and at the end, to the finished new 42 ft 9 in by 9ft covered porch, it has been an outstanding process. We are exceedingly happy with our finished product and have received many comments about our addition and how great it looks, and that it looks like it has always been a part of our house. Thanks to everyone at Lester Contracting LLC.

An overall awesome experience. The team started the project and made quick progress to completion. Respecting our property and streamlining the permits and HOA process

We hired Jamie to build a screen porch and deck, and the entire experience was great from start to finish. Jamie’s communication was excellent—clear, timely, and always straightforward. What we appreciated most was that he didn’t hand us off to multiple people like some bigger builders do. Instead, the owner personally worked with us through every step of the process, which made everything smoother and more personalized. Jamie was willing to dig in and tackle custom details that mattered to us, not just push a standard design. Every time we wanted to adjust something or talk through a particular feature, they were patient, helpful, and genuinely invested in getting it right. The craftsmanship shows in every part of the project, and the finished porch and deck turned out even better than we imagined. If you want a contractor who delivers quality work, personal attention, and real collaboration, this is the one to choose.

Lester Contracting just finished building a large screen porch for our home, and we are genuinely impressed. Their work was even better than we had expected, with exceptional quality and meticulous attention to detail. It’s clear they care about doing a great job, and their employees are committed to quality. I highly recommend Lester Contracting for any porch, deck, or other home addition needs.

Jaime and his crew just finished our composite deck and the experience has been seamless from start to finish. Jaime took time to help us review all the options and pricing for each. The craftsmanship on the deck is exceptional and we are looking forward to years of enjoying this new outdoor space. It was a pleasure to work with someone so reliable and trustworthy!

Jamie was seriously amazing to work with. He is an excellent communicator and was completely transparent with us as homeowners. Our project was on the smaller side and he gave us all of our options and the price ranges for each of them. He even provided numbers for other people who could complete the work if we decided to go another route. It was refreshing to get an honest opinion and to trust that he wasn’t trying to take advantage. Definitely recommend!

Screened in & replaced railing with vinyl Built additional deck off the screened in porch. Crew did a great job ! Jamie address any concern on the spot and very professionally

I decided to remove the desks in my back yard and put a screen porch on. I had interviewed three other companies before I found Lester Contracting. When Jamie Lester came to give me an estimate, he listened to what I wanted and also gave suggestions. No pressure whatever. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Once the contraction started, his team were just as professional. I have never seen employees work so skillfully and particular. Every day before they left they cleaned up everything. So if you are looking for an honest company, Lester Contracting is for you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Will use them again for my next project..

It was a pleasure talking to Mr. Jamie Lester about a small project. I appreciated his truthfulness and honesty about the best available options for me. He told me that it would be in my best interest to work directly with two of his vendors instead of working with him. I hope to work with him in potential future projects.

We appreciated the professional and quality work with Jaime and the team. We are very happy with our deck extension!

Lester Contracting replaced my large wornout wooden deck and pergola with a nice Trex and aluminum deck. The attention to detail is evident, and Jamie worked a steps solution with me that solved my access concerns. He was very attentive during the process and responded to any concerns I had immediately. The deck is beautiful and getting lots of positive feedback.
